TriTech to Offer Xerox ConnectKey Printing Security Solutions to its Customers
FREMONT, CA: TriTech Corporation, a Xerox authorized service provider, is now offering the enterprise-grade security with Xerox’s ConnectKey Technology, reports PRWeb.
TriTech believes that Xerox ConnectKey is the next step in document security. Xerox in a partnership with McAfee has come up with ConnectKey, a cloud-based software ecosystem that safely connects a multi-function printer with any device used in the office including desktop, laptop, smartphone and tablet. Documents can be scanned directly to cloud services like Google Drive, Evernote and Microsoft Office 365 for storage and collaboration. The solution simplifies workflow while improving each worker’s capabilities.
ConnectKey features customized UI, built-in support for Apple AirPrint and mitigates network infrastructure limitations with wireless connectivity. It allows user to create single or multipage, text-searchable PDFs through optical character recognition.
Xerox utilizes McAfee whitelisting technology to ensure security. Whitelisting enables trusted websites to be pre-approved and reduces labor spent in updating software by configuring settings to guarantee compliance. It detects and prevents unauthorized access and tampering of multifunction printer files and sends alerts. It also provides a single point of reference for monitoring, reporting and alerts through McAfee Enterprise security console ePolicy Orchestrator and Xerox Managed Print Services tool set.
